We currently do not ship to:

- Other U.S. territories or possessions
- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

- International destinations outside the United States

10. Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates are:
Orders under $110 USD:
$8 USD standard shipping
Orders of $110 USD or more:
Free standard shipping
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.
11. Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is:

Orders placed before the cutoff time on an eligible business day may begin processing that business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will normally begin processing on the next business day.
12. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
Our standard processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
After an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, estimated transit time is:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, service interruptions, transportation issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Third-Party Fulfillment
Orders for customers in the 48 contiguous United States are fulfilled and shipped within the United States by our third-party logistics partner.
The logistics partner provides fulfillment, shipping, tracking, and delivery-related services.
Third-party logistics providers are not the seller of Kinherglow products.
Kinherglow remains responsible for product sales, customer service, eligible cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through kinherglow.com.
14. Shipping Information Provided by Customers
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
To qualify for a return, products must generally be in new and unused condition, including being:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from stains, odors, scratches, or other signs of use
- Returned with applicable original packaging, tags, and included components

17. Return Shipping
For standard returns, including change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect customer selection, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

18. Restocking Fees
Kinherglow does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Customer-responsible return shipping costs and non-refundable original shipping charges are separate from restocking fees.
19. Refunds
After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Kinherglow normally processes approved refunds within:

Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the completed refund.

20. Exchanges
Kinherglow does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, color, style, or variation, please return the eligible original product according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a separate new order.
A replacement provided as a resolution for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product is not considered a standard exchange.
21. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within the applicable 30-day return period at:

22. Order Cancellations

the order will be reviewed after the returned shipment has been received.
Applicable original shipping charges or actual carrier return costs may be deducted from an eligible refund where the failed delivery resulted from inaccurate customer-provided information or refusal of delivery.
These deductions will not apply where the delivery problem resulted from an error by Kinherglow or the applicable logistics provider.
