Orders for U.S. customers are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party logistics partner from its fulfillment warehouse in the United States.

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be in new, unworn, and unused condition and include original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.
Returns are handled by mail.
Customers are responsible for obtaining the return shipping label and for applicable return shipping costs.
Kinherglow does not currently offer direct exchanges and does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days.
